We are having an Open House at my school! What do I call it? Casa abra? Please help me!

Here in Baja I see "casa en muestra" for a house for sale.
Jornada is the right word for an "open house" at a school or for career day, etc.

We use the expression jornada de puertas abiertas. It's called jornada because it usually takes place during one particular day. But in the context of real estate (a house for sale) it's translated as casa en exhibición.
