From

Spanish Language & Usage

"It essentially means porque

x is widely recognized as the multiplication sign. To say it one says por.

x = Por and q is the abbreviation of que. Being just a q there are no words I can think of that are monosyllables and that start with q. So it is safe to assume it is que.

q = que

xq = porque"

Is a short way to write "why?"

Why didn't you come yesterday? = ¿Xq no veniste ayer?

I think is used with "because" too.

But I don't like that writing way. u_u (It's very annoying)

I agree with Frankot that this way of writing is annoying. Not everyone understands abbreviations. Besides there are two ways of writing as follows:

Por que? = Why? (A question)

Porque = because (not a question, but an explanation follows this word)
