Obama letter translation help please!
My friend's dad owns a hotel and needs to send this message to all of his employees about President Obama's Healthcare changes. He would like to translate it into Spanish for his employees that don't speak English. My friend and I tried to translate as best we can, but we want to make sure our translation is accurate. Here is the letter below:

Key parts of the Affordable Health Care Act, also known as the health care reform law, go into effect January 1, 2014. When this happens, there will be a new way to buy health insurance: the Health Insurance Marketplace. To assist you as you evaluate options for you and your family, this notice provides some basic information about the Marketplace and our employee –based health coverage available to you. You can research your options available after October 1, 2013 by going to:
www.healthcare.gov
Starting January 1, 2014, the health care reform law will require almost all Americans to have health care coverage. Most employers are required to send this notice to employees to raise awareness of the new Marketplace and to help them understand how having access to your employer’s health care plan may limit your eligibility for tax credits in the Marketplace.
The attached form will assist you as you review your coverage options. Also attached is a Marketplace Application Checklist if needed.
