May someone advice what to do if this message appears, I am unable to post my question and don't know what wrong with it exactly? what does less spammy means?

Just a little help with your English:

May someone advice what to do...

In English this would be said: "Will someone please tell me (or advise me) what to do...."

This can be follow by "about (describe a situation)" "if (describe something that might happen)" "when (describe something that happens).

Let me know if you need further clarification. I can give you some examples if you send be a personal message. I hope you don't have trouble with the site again.
