This is not such an important question but I'm curious. In my profile, at "Latest activity" often I get notification like this:
You earned 0 rep for voting up the question About Fuertemente word (2 mins ago) You earned 0 rep for being voted up on an answer to Game: "__________ up" phrases. (19 mins ago)
I'm interested why I'm getting those notification if there is 0 reputation? What's the point?

The 0 points is there because you have been awarded the maximum allowed in one day, but is still letting you know that someone appreciates your intervention.
