Are past participles modified after sido?

I know that past participles are modified as adjectives and not modified after haber, but what about after ser or estar? For example, would the sentence "The pizzas have been eaten." be:
Las pizzas han sido comido. o Las pizzas han sido comidas.
Just a little confused if comido should be modified to go with pizzas.

Yes, they have to be modified in order to agree in gender and number with the subject of the sentence, that is pizzas (las - feminine plural), so it's comidas.
In general, participles will always be treated like adjectives. Note that you don't have to modify them after haber because that verb is used to construct a conjugation, as in: Nosotros hemos comido.
