my coworker said to me it is bad meaning to female and he said he can't say what it means. what exactly does it mean? sexually harassing words?

I've never heard (or read) that before. I think that's nothing in Spain.

me come means 'she/he eats me' and instead of 'eat' you can use something of the sort if you use your imagination.
