Behavioral health is translated as "salud mental" and services as "servicios", so "Servicios de salud mental"
But I think that when you say services you are talking about cares, so it is better translated as "cuidados de salud mental" or "asistencia de salud mental"

Mental health and behavioral health are two different things in English. So, in Spanish 'salud mental' is the term that covers both those things? Thank you! - 0095ca4c, Sep 17, 2013

I have read about it and it looks that behavioral health is the union of mental health and substance abuse treatment so perhaps the better translation could be "asistencia de salud conductual" - caiser, Sep 17, 2013
