"graduate school pregunta"

Question

in spanish I am interested in knowing what native speakers use for:

I am going to graduate school.

I already have an undergraduate degree, now I am getting my master's.

I am getting my master's degree in teaching.

If you are going to graduate school you probably know that names of languages are spelled with a capital letter in English (e.g. Spanish). Probably a typo on your part but people use this site to learn English, too, so we like to have good English used. - Jubilado, Sep 14, 2013

For your first one I would suggest ...

Estoy haciendo estudios de posgrado.

But how about you have a go at the others as we really like to encourage learning here and having a go yourself is often a great way to learn and remember things .

I've had this problem in explaining my degrees also since educational systems are not equal in what is required or what the country deems as normal procedure. I've gotten differing answers to this question.

I find wordreference.com to be a great dictionary ...

Check out the definitions that it gives for 'undergraduate' and the best thing is that it links up to a forum where people likely have asked the same question that you are.

Look at the bottom of that link for the forum questions that include the word 'undergraduate'. It sometimes takes a bit of sifting through but I often find good stuff there.
