Is "no noshables nunca" a Spanish phrase?

• If it's "No nos hablas nunca", the translation is 'you never talk to us'. (Indicative, just saying that you don't talk to us as mush as we wish; or never).

You never talk to us.

Although I think "hables" (subjunctive) should be changed to "hablas" (present) and perhaps "nunca" should take the place of "no" (Nunca nos hablas).

As far as I'm aware, It's Galician and I don't know what it means. I googled it and it thinks you mean "no no hables nunca". I can't seem to find the answer to what that means either.
