ser archivado vs estar archivado

Would I use "ser" or "estar" when translating the following English sentence into Spanish: "The documents will be filed alphabetically"?
My examples:
- Los documentos estarán archivados alfabéticamente.
- Los documentos serán archivados alfabéticamente.
Any insight directly related to my question is appreciated!

"Una vez sean archivados, estarán archivados." Once they've been filed, they will be (remain) filed.
See?
- "Ser archivados" refers to the action.
- "Estar archivados" refers to the order they already have.
