What is the correct form. I have heard both. I have learned " de acuerdo" Estoy de acuerdo=I agree.

Acordar is an irregular verb. Acordar -> Acuerdo (yo)

Estoy de acuerdo, I know is correct. However, I can not comment on the other more than I have not heard it.
