How do you say: either
I´m interested in travel
or I´m interested in travelling?

Welcome to the forum. Actually, both are correct depending on the context. They mean the same thing.

Depends on the moment and what you mean .... these are two very different sentences. The first relates to the verb (to travel) and the other to article (Travel) ... the first states that are interested in the action ... and the other who is interested in the items.
for example
(As Verb) I am interested in traveling to France. (As Article) I am interested in travel to France.

Article should be "noun". In English grammar the articles are "a, an, the". You are correct in your interpretation, however. As they are written by the poster with no further context, they mean the same thing. - Jubilado, Sep 6, 2013
