I agree with Ranman. Gringojrf is a truly asset to SpanishDict. He spent more than a year helping people here. I am sure it was just a misunderstanding.

Say what???? Gringojrf was banned?
I always enjoyed his posts. I don't know what happened, but maybe a "cooling off" period vs a permanent ban would be better served in this case. I always enjoyed reading his posts and having the insight of someone who lives in a Spanish speaking country is truly valuable.
