Bonco in cuban slang?

I have a lot of Cuban friends and I am trying to figure out the english equivalent of the word "bonco." Como "que vola asere monina bonco?" - I am farmiliar with 'que bola' and asere is similar to buddy where monina is more like "breh;homie" and stuff like that.
