Limpie los pies is: wipe the foots, and limpie sus pies is: wipe your foots..... Better the last one. - Dantscher, Aug 27, 2013
We use limpiar los pies when we Want to say wipe your shoes. - Dantscher, Aug 27, 2013

Please take a look to this thread: [Why articles are correct in these sentences instead of possessive pronoun?]

I am sure that will help you.

Limpie ( limpiad if friends, perhaps?) los calzatos/ zapatos, por favor.

I'm just thinking it more likely you want them to clean their footwear, rather than the feet, but I suppose it depends where you are.

En Suecia dejamos los zapatos en la puerta pero en Inglaterra limpiamos los calzatos..
