Using the definite article before name titles

A definite article is used when referring to someone with a title in their name; such as:

"Ella es la señora Valdez."

Would you still use the article if the statement was:

"Ella se llama la señora Valdez." ??

No because in this case "señora" is a title as in part of the name, but in answering this question you would normally just say her name, ie: Graciela Valdez unless you were talking to children.

"Ella es la señora Valdez" is how we usually say this when using the title.
