In "Barrio" slang means: "yes/ok, let´s procced".

I agree with rodneyp. However, “si ánimo” can mean “if courage” when taken from part of a sentence (text).
If there happens to be a typo…”sinónimo ???” can be “just the opposite” in “synonymous”
