Did the Spanish Ethnic group on the Iberian peninsula essentially evolve from the Ibero-Celts, the Visigoths in Central Iberia, some of the Basques, and the descendants of the Romans blending together?

The Spanish are a mixture of many peoples. But in general are of Mediterranean race. The oldest known were the Iberians who mixed with Celts in the N, then came the Phoenicians, Greeks, Jews, Carthaginians, Romans, Germans (Swabians, Vandals, Visigoths), Arabs, Berbers, gipsies...
