Como se le pregunta alguien que esta enfermo como sigue de su enfermedad. En español es : Como sigues? Quisiera saber tambien como le preguntaria a alguien que se lastimo la mano Como sigues de tu mano?
Yo preguntaria: how do you feel? Pero no se si hay alguna forma mas natural y exacta.

How are things going? Are you feeling any better?
Estas oraciones se dicen que reconoces que la persona está enferma pero tambien que deseas (o esperas) que se mejore.
These sentences mean that you recognize that the person is sick but also that you want the person to get better (or hope that he gets better).
