Cada mañana, verano e invierno, yo salgo temprano y voya la playa con mi perro. Nadamos en el verano y en invierno le gusta jugar con un disco volador.

Well, I messed this one up royally. Thanks to sylyon, I have the corrections (below) to think about.

Every morning, summer and winter, I leave early go to the beach with my dog. We swim in summer and in winter he likes to play with a frisbee.

Most mornings my first priority is a shower. For me it is better than a cup of coffee.
