Some Spanish names of persons do have an English equivalent (not really translation):

José - Joseph (Joe)

Pedro - Peter

Simón - Simon

María - Mary

Mateo - Matthew

Jorge - George

Josefina - Josephine

Teresa - Theresa, Therese,

Diego or Santiago - (less intuitive) James, Jim

Francesca - Frances

Pancho - Frank

Whatever your name is in English would not be "translated". You can of course choose a Spanish pseudonym.

If you are asking for "Clemente" as a name, its Clement, like in "Saint Clement", or in Spanish its San Clemente...
