Has Anyone Tried Out Italki Before?

I'm looking for an online tutor via the internet, and a few websites suggested Italki.
It's a Skype based tutor-connecting website. Has anyone on SD tried Italki before?
I'm wondering if the tutors are good as advertised.
Thanks!

My name is Sam Bleakly, i'm the community manager at italki. I am currently using italki to learn cantonese, and have used it to learn mandarin.
If you have any questions please email me at sam@italki.com

The link above is to a website run by someone who has learned, I think, 10 languages at this point? Anyway, he reviews software and websites for learning different languages-- this is just his review of italki, but it's a good website-- you should check it out.
