While studying food vocabulary, I noticed that words like cereal, sopa, and ensalada are made plural. Aren't they uncountable? Do we have this nouns category in Spanish?

Sí existen los incontables en español. Por ejemplo: harina (flour), arroz (rice), arena (sand), etc. Cereal, sopa y ensalada son nombres (o sustantivos) contables.
