A caption in El Mundo reads "Se cierra plazo para reinscripción del TPS." I'm guessing that "reinscripción" means "renewal" but I can't find it any dictionary. Any insights to this word would be appreciated.

It is not a word officially, but the meaning can be deduced. Inscribir is register/enroll, so inscripción would be registration/enrollment, and reinscripción would be re-registration/re-enrollment or something similar.
