"Come to Jesus meeting"
Is there a Spanish equivalent to the English saying "have a come to Jesus meeting".

"A meeting in which a group discusses their flaws. Nobody can interrupt another and they can't put words in somebody else's mouth (she doesn't like me)."
"A meeting where someone close to you (e.g. friend, family, etc.) are confronted over behaviour that's causing consternation that's negatively effecting your relationship."
I don't think such a thing could happen in the UK on two counts. Firstly, we prefer to keep a stiff upper lip and hope that any flaws might miraculously evaporate without us saying anything. Secondly, we are far too secular.
How about Intervención, asistencia, interposición o mediación?

I'm not a 100% clear on what that means. I think it means to admit the truth, or accept the truth, recognize the reality of the situation, I'm not sure.
The translation may not be so literal.
