I am going to spain and mexico this year. If I learn spanish through spanishdict, will everyone understand me? I am scared of saying the wrong work

Yes. They will understand if you get the words right.
Your accent will be due to where you were born rather than youe way of learning.
I speak English and Spanish with a Scandinavian accent. My husband speaks French with an excruciatingly British accent, my Venezuelan teacher speaks English with a Venezuelan accent... Don't worry! It's not the end of the world. Some people actually come back from 6 weeks in Australia and speak with an Australian accent, so it depend s on the individual ability to mimick as well.. And anyway, what's so terrible about having an accent?
Don't be. The lessons here teach standard textbook Spanish so don't worry, you'll be fine.
Spanish is Spanish. The only time things vary a bit is in regard to slang, colloquialisms and swear words.
