can someone help how to say those numbers ASAP?? is it just dos, cinco por ciento?? like that?

Here is how you would say these numbers out loud:

2,5%: dos coma cinco por ciento.

25,5%: veinticinco coma cinco por ciento.

3,2: Tres coma dos.

"Coma" means "comma" and "por ciento" means "percent." If the number is written the American way, for example:

2.5%

You would say "dos punto cinco por ciento." "Punto" = point.
