I take it that you mean you want to study a course in another college/ school/ uni?
Más tarde voy a matricularme en otro colegio ..
..y espero obtener el bachillerato con tiempo.
I'm not sure this is right, I don't know which country's schoolsystem we're talking about, let alone what the best translation maybe.
However, I hope the suggestions may help you.
