The other day during a birthday party the subject of "Quien manda" came up. I said that my experience in Mexico was that the women "mandan", and that I found that to be funny given the macho image of many mexican men. I was told that the women "mandan" only at home. I found that to be even funnier.

El otro día durante una fiesta de cumpleaños la tema de "quien manda" subirse. Les dije que en mi experiencia en México las mujeres "mandan", y para mi eso es muy divertido por la imagen macho de muchos mexicanos. Me dijeron que las mujeres "mandan" pero solo en la casa.
