A common short form (or two) would be.

Muy bien hecho, muchas gracias.

or

Muy buen trabajo, muchas gracias.

I hear them a lot as brief exchanges among racers and team members, and they´re probably just phrases (sentence fragments) rather than full sentences.

The natives probably have some better ideas, but this is a start.
