Hi I'm Jaejaelove and my mom says a lot of things in Spanish that i cant understand. Will i be able to speak Spanish and understand it and still be able to speak English?

You are very lucky to be so close to a native speaker of Spanish. You can learn both English and Spanish together. They both will become second nature to you.
