"Venir de perlas"

I came across "venir de perlas" in a podcast recently and its meaning became clear after a bit of research (although not from spanishdict.com, hence this post). However, I couldn't find an english translation I really liked anywhere. The best WordReference.com could come up with was 'fit wonderfully'. Not a phrase you would find in frequent use in English. Anyway, here is my suggestion:
"To be just the job"
Can anyone suggest another english phrase in common use which expresses the meaning of 'venir de perlas' precisely?

I think Franco and Chileno have excellent figurative answers. Literally it means to come from pearls. Perlas means pearls
