Guatemala was a state of Mexico at one time, so from their history and a couple of Guatemalans I have known, I can say they speak just about the same as in Mexico.

Yo que tú, tendría cuidado con esa chica.
More slangy: Aguas con esa chica.
tendría cuidado con esa chica.
You could also shorten that to "cuidado con esa chica"
I also like to have fun with another slight variation:
Cuidado con ese señor, es un peligro
Watch out for this guy, he's trouble.
And if you saw Big Momma's House, the Spanish movie title was...
Mi Abuela es un peligro
It translates to something along the lines of my grandmother is trouble.
Cuidase de la malita.
Be careful of the bad girl. Watch out for the bad girl.
