Have you used Lingro?

I just used it for the first time yesterday. You go to Lingro and type in the address of a website you choose that's written in the language you're learning. Then click the Go arrow, and it will take you to your selected website. As you read in that website, all you have to do is click on any word you come across that you don't know. The translation will appear right there, so you don't have to open another window and type the unknown word into a translator. It's very convenient and a real timesaver.

EDIT: Just be sure to set Lingro to the right language. I forgot to do this a few minutes ago and wondered why it couldn't translate anything. :D

Hi Grace - just double click on your words above and you get the same. :) - ian-hill, Jun 29, 2013
Yes, that's a great feature at SD. The good thing about Lingro is that it makes that feature available for all websites. - GraceM, Jun 29, 2013

That's a GREAT site.

It not only works on websites, but it will also work on local files on your PC, like PDF and MS Word files.

Thanks for this great addition, Grace. I need to try this out so I'm marking my space to come back to later.
