How to send a private message!!!

Hello!
Help me I can't find the message sender button on alot of people's profil. People said it's down or whatever!But I can't find it!Can you help me with pictures or videos!!

The link to send messages is below the personal description in the people's profile.
So, to send messages, first you have to access to anyone's profile and look for the "Send message" link.
It can also be in Spanish depending on your settings, in that case that would read "Mandar mensaje privado". It's possible that you need more Reputation Points in order to send private messages ("PM").

You have to have a certain amount of reputation points = 10 reputation points.
You now have this so you should have more abilities on the site.
