Afiche and afiches is what I would use. Póster has been accepted by RAE. Its plural should be pósteres.

Because póster is an English word that has been excepted for use in Spanish, just like a lot of computer-related words, you will hear both posters and pósteres for the plural, and I doubt the RAE has even made a determination on the plural usage, so two different plural usages of a foreign word is quite common in Spanish.
Cartel / carteles is the common usage for poster in the Americas.
