If you would like to learn a little more about how to use the Spanish possessives and how to say that something belongs to someone I hope that this book will help.

Who does this belong to? ¿A quién le pertenece esto?

Actually, it is "¿A quién le pertenece esto?". "le pertenece" in Spanish complements the pronoun/verb conjunction "this belongs".
