Slide #61 - ending punctuation mark?

Questions:
Q1: Para ver -
In order to see is a future phrase such as, "So that I'll see"?
I don't think I've ever seen that; very interesting!

Q2: allá arriba - up there?
Is that the same word order for both a statement and a question?

Q3: ¡Diviértase!
Lo anterior es más formal, ¿no?/The above is more formal, isn't it?

¿Cuál es el uso informal? What is the informal usage?
¿Es, diviértaste?
