How do you translate "Que la pases bien" into English?

The 3 translators of SpanishDict show me that "Que la pases bien" is

"That you spend(pass) it well/That passes it well."

But I don't like their translations.

How do you translate it?

Does it mean "Hope you (will) have a good time" or "Hope you had a good time"? Or else?
