Te amo.
"Te" being "you", in the direct noun, and "amo" coming from the "Yo", or "I" form of the conjugated verb amar, which means "to love".

Also you can say, Te quiero, and that is the most common way in Spain. Te quiero más que a nada. = I love you more than anything.
