It means "big". Next time, if you need to translate a word, just type it into the blue box at the top of the page and it will give you three different dictionary entries for it.

Grande is the feminine form of the word meaning big. The masculine form of this word is gran.
grande (fem): ex's:
Una casa grande = A big/large house
¡Fue una sorpresa grande! = It was a big surprise!
gran (masc)
El gran serpiente deslizó por el suelo = The big snake slid (or slithered) along the ground.
