Tutorial Videos not playing!

Can anyone tell me why my tutorial videos are not playing? I am getting a message which says "Sorry, We are unable to play this video". What am I doing wrong please hellllllllppppppppp

If your on anything but a computer it might not let you because it is set not to play any videos because if you have limited Internet it takes a lot of it.
