Why is it that when I attempt to watch the video at the beginning of each lesson i get this message " Sorry, we're unable to play this episode"?

What kind of computer and what Windows version do you have?
Google search Flash. Find Adobe Flash. Reinstall flash. That is all I can tell you without any knowledge of your computer system.
