Nowadays most people work at office, must follow a schedule, get on time, be sitting during all day, submitting to their bosses; all for their salaries. But in ten years this scenery might be completely different. In 2020 many people will work at home, their bosses will be under 30 years old, will be a woman and they will love what they do! With the increasing of the life expectancy worldwide the elderly population will triplicate in a near future. it's a reason to celebrate because a goal have been achieved but on the other hand there won't be people to work in basic jobs and will be necessary import people for work! The government will have to support the population related to health and all of their necessities (needs). What's a good car nowadays? a car that there is power steering, air conditioning, consume little fuel. Imagine a car that is voice-activated, 100% automated, able to know your cardiac frequency, blood pressure through steering wheel. Kids can play on the windows drawing. Imagine how long time you have lost every day in the traffic to go to work, to get home. Have you imagined how would be a city that there isn't car? China is planning the Great City , that is ecologic and sustainable. The distance to any point in the city to other one is about 15 minutes by foot. Cars aren't allowed. That city will save a bunch of energy, water, and will reduce garbage and carbon emissions.

Thanks for the corrections!

Very good work, my friend .You have worked hard! You have made some mistakes but you can learn from them. I hope that my corrections will be helpful to you.../ Muy buen trabajo, (mi) amigo Has trabajado duro! Has cometido algunos errores pero puedes aprender de ellos. Espero que te sirvan bien mis correcciones.

Nowadays most people work in an office, they have to follow a schedule, arrive on time, sit down all day, and submit to their bosses; and do all this to earn their salaries, but in ten years time, this scenario might be completely different. In 2020 many people will work from home, their bosses will be under 30 years old, will be a woman and they will love what they do! Additionally, with increasing life expectancy worldwide the elderly population will triplicate in the near future. It's a reason to celebrate because a goal has been achieved, but on the other hand there won't be people working in basic jobs and it will be necessary to employ migrants for work! The government will have to support the population in relation to their health and all of their needs. What's a good car nowadays? A car which has power-assisted steering, air conditioning, and consumes little fuel. Imagine a car that is voice-activated, 100% automated, able to know your cardiac frequency, and blood pressure through the steering wheel. Kids can play on the windows, drawing. Imagine how much time you have lost every day in the traffic going to work, or travelling home. Have you ever imagined what it would be like to have a city in which there are no cars? China is planning the Great City , that is ecologic and sustainable. The distance from any point in the city to another one is about 15 minutes on foot. Cars aren't allowed. That city will save a load of energy, water, and will reduce garbage and carbon emissions.

I'm not 100% sure if the word I wanted to use is migrant or immigrant but according to my Collins dictionary you import goods (things) not people. - FELIZ77, Jun 16, 2013

Nowadays, most people work in an office. They must follow a schedule and be on time every day. They sit all day in their office working hard for the benefit of their boss. (I’m not sure who’s salary you are writing about. The salary of the employee or the boss. ) In ten years, the scenario might be completely different. ( I wrote scenario because scenery refers to surroundings and scenario refers to an imagined sequence of events.) In 2020, many people will work from home. (I used ‘from home’ because they are using a computer at home to work for a company elsewhere.) A person’s boss may be under thirty years old who is a woman that loves her job. (I am not sure if the employee or boss is 30 and a woman or which one loves his or her job.)

Life expectancy is increasing worldwide. The elderly population will triple in the near future. It is a reason to celebrate because health care has improved, reducing fatalities. On the other hand, there will not be as many young people to work basic jobs. It will be necessary to import people from other countries. The government will need more resources to address the needs of this growing population.

What is considered a good, efficient car nowadays? Is it a car that consumes minimal fuel, has power steering , and air conditioning? Imagine a car with great technology that is 100% automated and voice-activated. The steering wheel will be able to measure your blood pressure and pulse. Maybe kids can draw on the window without damaging it.

Imagine all the time you have lost driving in traffic to and from work every day. Now imagine an economical city that is self-sufficient that does not allow cars. Anywhere you go will take less than fifteen minutes by foot. China is planning such a city. It is called “The Great City”. The city will conserve water and energy. It will also reduce carbon emissions and garbage.

Nowadays, most people who work at an office must follow a schedule, arrive on time, remain seated all day, and submit to their bosses just for their salaries. However, this scenario may be completely different in ten years. In 2020, many people will work at home, love their job, and perhaps have a boss under 30 who may be a woman. With the increasing life expectancy worldwide, the elderly population will triplicate in the near future. It's a reason to celebrate because a goal has been achieved. On the other hand, there won't be people to work in basic jobs and it will be necessary to import people for work! The government will have to support the population's health and all of their other necessities.

What is a good car nowadays? A car that has power steering, air conditioning, and consumes little fuel. Imagine a car that is voice-activated, 100% automatic, and able to know your cardiac frequency and blood pressure through the steering wheel. Kids could draw on the windows for fun. Imagine how much time you have lost every day in traffic commuting to work and home. Have you imagined a city that doesn't require the use of cars? China is planning the "Great City" that is ecological and sustainable. The distance from any point in the city to another is about 15 minutes by foot. Cars aren't allowed. That city will save a bunch of energy, water, and will reduce garbage and carbon emissions.

Great work! You should be proud. I tried my best to correct what I could. Some of the ideas you were expressing did not make sense to me, so I wasn't sure how I should correct them. (Import people for work?) I would say your biggest problem is fragmented sentences. Your manner of grouping things with commas is a little messy. (I don't mean that meanly; it's merely constructive criticism.) Also keep in mind that I am no expert on English even though it is my native language, so I may not be 100% correct.

On the other hand, there won't be people to work in basic jobs and it will be necessary to import people for work!

On the other hand, there may not be enough people to work in the most basic jobs, so it could be necessary to use immigrants for manual labor.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'basic jobs' but I am assuming you are speaking of manual labor since this is often lacking as a population becomes more 'professional' with more 'education' for the folks in its work force.

Y la versión castellana?

EDIT:

It is easy to guess and go ahead with a translation like this, but many things can be surmised without being the intent of the original writing/thinking. I understand that it is a form to measure your fluency, but if you are not sure of what you are talking about, then this help might lead you to think something that is not the reality.

No es por ser pesado... ok?
