You should write your question this way: Hola, ¿Cómo estás? and as your title states: I love you, I assume that you want to know how it is said in Spanish well there are a few ways to say this, in Spain, "Te quiero" is most common another way is to say "Te amo" There are other ways but those two are the most common.
