INDICATIVO: He oído un ruido muy fuerte (I've heard it, sure) SUBJUNTIVO: Puede que haya habido una explosión (supposition)
INDICATIVO: Mi bocadillo ha desaparecido (fact) SUBJUNTIVO: Quien lo haya robado que lo devuelva (whoever)
... SO basicly is Pret. Perf. Comp. de Indicativo but in a supposition and of course with whatever, whoever, whenever...
