¿Qué es "Tacatá"?
There is a song named Tacatá by Tacabro. It probably is some sort of common slang (hopefully not vulgar), but I'm trying to figure out what is meant by the word. The direct translation comes up as a walker (as in for the infirm) but I really doubt they wrote a song about walking aides. Thanks for your help!

It's not a misspelling of "toccata" which is in fact an English word relating to a musical composition. It may be a misspelling of "tocata" which I believe is the Spanish spelling.
It's actually a mis-spelling of toccata.
Toccata (which means touched) is a piece of music that really shows off the skills of the musician, usually with very fast runs of notes on a keyboard or strings. It can be used to mean mad or insane.
It's also a slang word for having sex.
Tacatá is called the baby walker
