Confusing multiple translations, help!

Hello. I am trying to learn a phrase to say to a friend that is very dear to me. I am trying to say "You will never know how much I love you" in Spanish, but I am having trouble finding the correct translation because there are so many. Can anyone offer me some guidance? Thank you!

Literally: Nunca sabrás cuánto te quiero. But in Spanish I would say: ¡No sabes cuánto te quiero!
