Sending a message

Question

I don't see anywhere on the page where to send a private message. Is it because I'm a new user and no reputation yet?

If you want to send a message to somebody, just click on the link to their profile, and right under their badges there's a link to "Send a Message" click that, and you're on your way!

Go to the user that you want to send a PM to and at the bottom of their "about me" you will find a link to send a message. Make sure that you also have the box unchecked to send messages. Hope this helps.
